In the spring of 2008 I was introduced to Monkey Bar Gymnasium while reading an article in Men’s Health. The article was showcasing gyms across the country who where taking an unconventional approach in their training. I immediately felt a connection to their training philosophy and started incorporating their workouts into my training. In the summer of 2008 I was fortunate enough to take a certification course being offered by MBG founder Jon Hinds. I felt that my community would benefit from this training and my journey with MBG began!
Since then I have increased my knowledge and skills as a trainer to bring the highest quality of training to my clients.
