Strength
The goals of these classes are to develop strength and power while maintaining technique, progressing and improving performance, building confidence and helping others to do the same. We incorporate exercises that utilize bodyweight, kettlebells, resistance tubing and plyometrics. Our strength classes are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Conditioning
Our conditioning classes utilize High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to create a cardiovascular workout. This class improves physical fitness with short intense intervals. You will work with a wide variety of equipment and techniques designed to challenge cardiovascular endurance, agility, and balance. Conditioning classes are held on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
